Summary
Waste to Water Environmental, LLC. is a marketing company formed to be sole distributor, in North America, South America and Europe, for the BIO-EZ machine. This machine, through a patented process, rapidly decomposes food waste into a water based liquid safe enough to discharge into the public sewer or septic systems. This is achieved through the use of naturally occurring bio-organisms that our scientists have been able to enhance exponentially in order to dramatically reduce the time needed, and the odors associated with, natural decomposition.

The BIO-EZ machine is also unique in its ability to maintain the exact environment needed for this amazing process. The machine comes in various sizes and is easily installed and can handle up to 1500 pounds of food waste in a 24 hour period, depending on the waste. Larger applications can be accommodated with multiple machines or custom built units.

The machine cost effectively reduces the need for traditional waste removal, i.e. storage, transportation and disposal. The customer not only receives financial rewards from the use of the BIO-EZ, the sanitary benefit of its use compounds its value.

The initial targeted usage will be most beneficial to: restaurants, delis, grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, catering halls, cruise ships, and any other food establishments. Municipal applications include: schools, nursing homes, hospitals, military bases, military ships, and government offices.

The BIO-EZ machine will revolutionize the sanitation industry by greatly reducing, and possibly eliminating, the heaviest and most odor producing element from the waste stream. This reduced tonnage will result in reduced truck traffic (hauling) and reduced fuel consumption and reduce the amount of waste in this countries already overburdened landfills.

VALUE PROPOSITION
Waste to Water Environmental, LLC. will, through its dealers, offer target customers the opportunity to lease our patent pending machine at a rate that will dramatically reduce costs associated with traditional waste disposal. In addition, use of the BIO-EZ will reduce costs not typically associated with waste disposal such as – reduced pest control costs – food waste is not stored as a food source for vermin creating more usable space to allows the business to operate more efficiently and profitably. The Patent Pending, BIO-EZ does all this and more while remaining the safest and most environmentally friendly method of removing food waste from the waste stream. These attributes will allow Waste to Water, Inc. to make the BIO-EZ the industry standard in food waste removal. Waste to Water, Inc. will be in a unique position with the only, fully tested, rapid food decomposer in the US marketplace with an unlimited supply of the micro-organism mixture that is necessary for its operation.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Pat. Pend. BIO-EZ is a totally self-contained, continual feed, organic waste disposal system designed to biologically convert solid waste materials into liquid. Using a process perfected by nature, it decomposes food waste into a nutrient rich liquid that is virtually odor free, and is safely disposed of through existing sewage treatment facilities or septic systems.

The primary function of BIO-EZ is to accelerate the natural decomposition process by maintaining optimal levels of aeration, moisture, temperature. Under these controlled conditions, our unique, Pat. Pend., microorganisms can safely decompose any food waste at much faster rate than occurs in nature without soil and ground water contamination. The system can take any kind of food waste including vegetable/fruit scraps, raw and cooked meats, fishes, poultries and dairy products.

The Pat.Pend. BIO-EZ machine will revolutionize the sanitation industry by, cost effectively reducing, and possibly eliminating, the heaviest and most odor producing element from the waste stream: food waste.

Customers who use the Pat.Pend. BIO-EZ will see the economic benefits immediately with regard to reduction of waste removal costs, pest control costs, ease of use and extremely low operating expense. Residual benefits will also become self evident including: cleaner work environment – store, restaurant, cafeteria, etc., cleaner waste receptacles typically kept in view of customers and increased storage space.

Dong Yang Green Co., a Korean based company and our manufacturer and partner, has been manufacturing and selling the Pat. Pend. BIO-EZ in Korea since 1996, and has guaranteed a ready supply of the machine and the micro-organism. Waste to Water, Inc. has identified several micro-biological companies that can produce our organisms if the need should arise. We have also had preliminary contact with several manufacturers regarding the machine.

MARKET SEGMENTATION
Food waste is produced by two segments of Waste to Water Environmental, LLC.’s target market; commercial and residential. In New York City, once again used as a model, commercial establishment are responsible for 13,000 tons per day of non recyclable waste; nearly half of which is organic; food waste accounts for the largest percentage of this waste; nearly 20%. The Pat. Pend. BIO-EZ, used in commercial and municipal establishments that produce food waste, will cost effectively, efficiently and safely reduce the amount of food waste entering the waste stream. The largest producers of commercial food waste are restaurants, supermarkets, catering halls, hotels, butchers, fruit and vegetable sellers. In these establishments, food waste can account for up to 70% of all waste generated. In N.Y.C. all commercial waste removal is contracted, by the individual business, to a private waste hauler. These private waste haulers face the same cost increases related to waste removal as does the N.Y.C.D.O.S.; the steadily increasing cost to provide traditional waste removal is passed on to the customer. The Pat. Pend. BIO-EZ is offered in three sizes and capable of processing up to 1500 pounds per day. Waste to Water Environmental, LLC.’s lease program and the BIO-EZ’s efficiency, ease of use, sanitary benefits and extremely low cost of use are all reasons Waste to Water, Inc. is very confident that we can offer our customers a 30% to 40% savings as compared to traditional waste removal. Traditional waste removal cost will continue to rise.

Residential and municipal waste, in New York City, is collected by the New York City Department of Sanitation. Residential and municipal waste accounts for the remainder of NYC’s 26000 tpd of non recyclable waste or about 13000 tpd. Again, almost half of this waste is organic with up to 20% being food waste. A portion of this funding, as noted on our use of proceeds chart, will be allocated to retain a research and lobbying firm to propose mandatory food waste separation. N.Y.C. already mandates the separation of recyclable wastes such as paper, glass, metal and plastics. With such a mandate in place, Waste to Water Environmental, LLC. can offer N.Y.C., and other cities like it, up to a 15% reduction in solid waste removal costs.

Our major market segment is comprised of any entity or establishment which produces food waste.
